Carolina Pinballs works hard and believes in customer satisfaction but also realizes we all live in the real world where mechanical devices are known to misbehave! If your machine decides to misbehave we are here to stand behind all manufactures warranties and will help in any way we can to get you back up and rolling the silver ball as quickly as possible.

We strongly believe in keeping it simple. Just call or email us. No need for formal forms or “must be in writing”. We got into this business because it should be fun for the customer and us as well so we try to keep it that way!
