We provide good old fashion customer service and prefer a telephone conversation when our customers make a purchase.
Calling us gives both parties a sense of personal satisfaction and security.
When dealing with large transactions it's better for everyone involved to speak with each other concerning payment options and procedures.
We closed the shopping cart on the website as most people prefer to wire money instead of dealing with credit card interest and 3% processing fees. Calling is best option to purchase from us.

Display Model Pinball Machines have between 200-400 plays.
They were put on free play for two days at Soda City Comic Con and then put back into inventory as display models.
You cannot see any differences between a new opened box machine and our display models. Pinball machines generally do not show any signs of wear with this low amount of plays. So condition isn't even a factor.
Stern Pinball will recognize you as first owner with full factory warranty from date of your purchase. These machines are like brand new & are discounted. Save cash money!

A subjective term, but any machine with around 500 plays or less, is basically brand new. You can't really see any difference between the playfield or cabinet condition between New In Box and one with only 500 plays or less. However, there are always exceptions to that rule.
Any game that has been regularly maintained, cleaned, waxed and has received routine maintenance with replacement parts installed accordingly, can last a life time. In this case, any game can operate and look just as good with 10,000 plays as one with 500 if it has been well taken care of.

February 11, 2025 update:
We recommend getting on every dealers MMr waitlist to increase the chances you may have to actually secure a new MMr as we just want you to have one no matter where you get it from!
Once we have the actual number of games we are going to receive from the factory, we will go to the list starting from the beginning, contact the person and find out if they are still interested. If they are not we will move down the list to the next person and so on.Waitlist is closed, so if you are on the waitlist, you are still on the waitlist. (we have the head count) However this does not guarantee ownership. It all depends on how many units they make and how many we are allocated.
Estimated production will begin in Spring 2025.
